  • NerdWallet’s in-house brand studio team has a robust collection of motion and illustration assets for various initiatives, such as brand campaigns and CRM. As a summer intern, I partnered with a Senior Designer and Lead Motion Designer to art direct, illustrate, and animate various branding assets to expand NerdWallet’s asset library.


  • The Senior Designer requested playful illustrations that included realistic human characteristics. With this in mind, I created spot illustrations representing 3 of NerdWallet’s most popular verticles: thriver/balancer, small business, and cashback. Elements of realism were added by implementing shadows and distinct facial features. The Motion Design Lead requested engaging credit score animation assets for CRM that told a complete story. Because of this, I animated and storyboarded 2 spot illustrations and implemented various 2D animation techniques, such as scale and perspective.
